Launching Ceremony of ‘Falnir Terraces’ Held in Mangalore

At a grand ceremony, the blessing and launching of ‘Falnir Terraces’, a luxury apartment project by Rosedale Associates was held here at S L Mathias Road, Falnir, Mangalore on Sunday, September 22.

Fr Ravi Santhosh Kamath blessed the project. Minister for Transport, Road and Highways, Government of India Oscar Fernandes launched the new project by cementing two laterite stones together. His wife Blossom Fernandes accompanied him on the dais. Oscar Fernandes lauded the builder for giving importance to basic facilities as well as implementing modern technology in this residential apartment.

MLA, Mangalore South J.R. Lobo unveiled the brochure. Former minister J. Krishna Palemar and Corporator Abdul Ravoof launched the website of Rosedale Asscociates. Executive Director, Corporation Bank, A.L. Daultani shared the dais. ‘The bank will provide loan facility to people buying homes with simplified procedures’ said A L Daultani in his speech.

Managing director Dr Errol Pinto of Rosedale Associates group presented the highlights of the project. Other partners of the group Trever Pinto, Oscar Pinto, Lloyd Pinto were present on the dais.
